As a nutritionist, I can't deny that I have a sweet tooth. It is a family trait, stemming back to my Norwegian grandma who I've seen tear apart a chocolate cake with her bare hands. That is why I have found a trick - how to made completely guilt-free desserts that are jam packed with nutrients. 1) Chickpea Peanut Butter Cookies

These bad boys are loaded with chickpeas, peanut butter and sweetened with only maple syrup. Great for those cookies dough lovers and even better for those cookies addicts! Recipe below;
