As a nutritionist, I can't deny that I have a sweet tooth. It is a family trait, stemming back to my Norwegian grandma who I've seen tear apart a chocolate cake with her bare hands. That is why I have found a trick - how to made completely guilt-free desserts that are jam packed with nutrients. See below for some of my favourites.

1) Chickpea Peanut Butter Cookies
